As of July 1, 2024 Uxbridge Urban Provincial Park became the newest year-round day-use provincial park in Ontario. The provincial park protects and conserves rare, sensitive and/or scientifically interesting areas of the Oak Ridges Moraine and expands opportunities for area residents to enjoy nature and receive physical and mental health benefits from outdoor recreation. Hosting park visitors in our community will bring financial benefits to the local economy.

Where is the park located?

The park is made up of unconnected parcels of property in the Township of Uxbridge.

Is the Park open for use?

The park has limited operations but may be used for day-time self-guided activities including hiking, cycling, nature appreciation, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. There are limited trails and parking at this point in time.

Motorized vehicles, hunting, camping and campfires are not permitted.
